I am currently offering therapy sessions in the evenings and on weekends, available both in-person and online via video platform. My office is conveniently located in downtown Toronto at 692 Euclid Avenue, near Bloor and Bathurst.

The space is a shared office among other mental health professionals, and all rooms are completely soundproof to ensure privacy. If you have any accessibility needs, please let me know, as some offices require navigating stairs.

For your convenience, residential and Green P parking is available beside the office, and both Bathurst and Christie subway stations are within a 5-minute walking distance.

During our initial discussions, we can explore the best option for you—whether that’s in-person, online, or a blended approach as we progress through your therapy journey.

My passion for my work comes from personal and lived experiences of my own. I have had the privilege to work alongside folks in many different walks of life. Life is so dynamic and I have such gratitude to be able to be trusted in the role I am in.

The number of therapy sessions you may need depends on your individual goals and circumstances. Therapy can be short-term or long-term, based on what you hope to achieve. Everyone’s journey is unique, and together we will discuss your expectations and aspirations for therapy to tailor a plan that best suits your needs.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or anxious before your first session—this is a new experience for you! Rest assured, it’s not as daunting as it may seem. During our time together, I will ask you questions about your background and what brings you to therapy. Most importantly, you can expect a safe space where you can share openly and be met with compassion and without judgment.

It’s essential to feel comfortable with your therapist, so I encourage anyone interested in starting therapy to schedule a free consultation. This allows you to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. You can easily schedule this on my ‘Contact Me’ page.

Most insurance companies in Ontario do cover therapy sessions provided by registered social workers (MSWs). However, it’s best to check with your extended health benefits provider before booking a session to confirm your coverage and understand the specifics of what is included.

After our session, you will make payment through the Jane App. Once the payment is processed, an invoice will be emailed to you. You can use this invoice as proof of payment to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Yes, our sessions are confidential. Even if you have an emergency contact or family doctor on file, I will not reach out to them unless we have discussed it and you have provided signed consent. This also means that if they contact me, I cannot disclose any information about our sessions.

As a social worker, I am required to report any safety concerns or child welfare issues to the appropriate authorities. If such a situation arises, I will discuss it with you and be fully transparent about the necessary steps we need to take. For more information, you can refer to this mandatory reporting guide.

Video therapy sessions are conducted through secure and confidential platforms. You will receive a link via email from the Jane App (the application I use) to access our session. Simply click on the link to log into our video therapy session.

No problem! Please email me or use the Jane App to reschedule our session. I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full session payment will apply.
